Free Style programs A B C D

The newest innovation of ES-TE opens the potential of the folder to nearly all possible folding styles, since you can define every layer completely free. This program will not calculate the folding, that means: you define a program for a given paper size, so this program will not work for another format.

Explanation of signs and numbers in the display:

  • "100 to 420" means: two full panel of the indicated size are folded.
  • "-" means: the folding ends here – the last page is to the right upper exit
  • "<" means: one more fold – the last page is to the left lower exit
In Order to change values press - the cursor will start to blink. Buttons and move the cursor from icon to icon. Selected icons blink frequently. Pressing buttons and edit the blinking settings.

Example

Program A should process packages of 135 mm and 180mm wide – the rest of paper will determine a filing margin of 30 mm (for A1 sized paper).

  • Select folding program A with button or
  • Press button
  • Press button until the first number beside the fold package icon blinks.
  • Press buttons or in order to set the package width to 135 mm.
  • Press button until the second number beside the fold package icon blinks.
  • Press buttons or in order to set the package width to 180 mm.
  • Move the cursor forward to the next figure
  • With buttons or select < (last page to the left)
  • Press button within three seconds
The dynamic icon on the left shows the folding style.
