The newest innovation of ES-TE opens the potential of the folder to nearly all possible folding styles, since you can define every layer completely free. This program will not calculate the folding, that means: you define a program for a given paper size, so this program could not properly work for other formats.

Explanation of signs and numbers in the display:

  • "Number from 100 to 420" Two full panels of the indicated size are folded.
  • "-" The folding ends after the last defined panel and the rest will be left pointing the same direction as the first sheet and exits through the upper exit.
  • "<" One more fold will be done after the last defined panel and the rest will point to the opposite direction of the first sheet and exits through the lower exit.
In Order to change values press - the cursor will start to blink. Buttons and moves the cursor from icon to icon. Selected icons blink frequently. Pressing buttons and edits the blinking settings.

Example

Program A should process packages of 135 mm and 180mm wide – the rest of the paper will cause a filing margin of 30 mm for A1 sized paper.

  • Select folding program A with button or
  • Press button
  • Press button until the first number beside the fold package icon blinks.
  • Press buttons or in order to set the package width to 135 mm.
  • Press button until the second number beside the fold package icon blinks.
  • Press buttons or in order to set the package width to 180 mm.
  • Move the cursor forward to the next figure
  • With buttons or select < (last page to the left)
  • Press button within three seconds
