The red marked number is the program number. Press Select Up or Select Down in order to change the folding style.

Program 1 - 4 are preset to the most common folding styles.

All programs can be customized in order to meet special requirements.

Program 1-8

Special programs 9 to 10

Programs 9 and 10 are designed for special requirements.
4 panels of the preselected length can be folded with these programs regardless of the paper width.

Possible applications are:

  • Folding paper in halves

AFNOR folding :

  • 1st fold 297 mm
  • 2nd fold 210 mm

Please notice that the number of folds is limited to 4.

If the paper is longer than 20 x panel:

  • 20 folds are followed by two unfolded steps
  • The unfolded steps have to be completed manually
  • If the package is supposed to be cross-folded the document length shall not exceed 1.500 mm (max. 80 g/m²).
  • Cross-folded packets may be folded to a length of 140 mm to 420 mm.
  • The cross fold mode will be activated as long as you have selected 140-420 mm in your folding program and the paper does not block light barrier 4 (which means the package width does not exceed 239 mm).
  • A maximum of two cross folds is possible.
